Dear all, I am looking for a 2brm for my small family in Waterfront wave but I only have a max bank loan budget of $900k purchase. Pls let me know if there are unit available within my budget. Tks!

Hi,

based on a loan of $900k from the bank, you should be able to purchase a 2-bedder at Waterfront Waves. Most of them are below $1 million and after the 20% upfront payment (5% cash and 15% cpf), you will only need to loan around $800k max.
